Aces Gone Wild
Not many people can say they’ve had a hole-in-one on a par 4. Mine was in a pro-am at the 2013 McGladrey Classic. It was 409 yards and hit perfect and rolled in. What a cool moment!

Driving For Dough
I’m donating $100 for every time I drive it over 300 yards this season as part of the Drives Fore Lives campaign. (That’s about two-thirds of my drives.) Money goes to the Humane Society of Charlotte.
DRIVER
Specs: Callaway XR, 10.5˚, Fujikura Precursor shaft, 75 grams, X-flex, 44.825 inches, D-3 swingweight. I started the year with a Big Bertha Alpha 815 driver but switched to this XR mid-season. I might be tall, but I don’t need a long driver shaft.
3-WOOD
Specs: Ping G25, 15˚ (bent to 14˚), Oban Kiyoshi Black 80-X shaft (tipped an inch), 43 inches. Golf Pride MCC Plus4 grips. I’ve trusted this in big spots for a while.
IRONS
Specs: 3-iron: Cleveland 588 MT; 4-iron through pitching wedge: Callaway X Forged irons; True Temper Dynamic Gold X100 shafts. This 3-iron has been in the bag since I turned pro. Every shot is easy. I can step on it and hit it 300, or hit a controlled, low burner.
WEDGES
Specs: Callaway Mack Daddy 2 wedges (52˚, 56˚, 60˚) KBS Tour 120 S shafts.
Glare is the worst enemy off of a golf club. That’s why I love the matte black finish of these wedges.
PUTTER
Specs: Odyssey Metal-X Milled #1, 4.25˚ of loft, cut to 35 inches, stepless shaft, SuperStroke grip. The plumbers-neck hosel and the matte black finish combine for a visual aesthetic I enjoy. I’ll switch in a Scotty Cameron putter now and then, too.
Initial reaction
There’s no doubt whose ball this is. I throw my initials on the front of my Titleist Pro V1x. I’ve played this ball since 2012.
Friends up north
As an ode to my Canadian heritage, I use this Canadian coin to mark my ball on the greens. My mom is from Canada, and I was actually born in Ontario. It’s a fun place to go visit.
Links connection
I have pride being from Ohio. And so it was cool playing in the U.S. Amateur Public Links at Shaker Run in 2005.
Musketeer nation
I’m a proud Xavier University grad. You’ll find tees and this headcover in the bag.
American muscle
I always wanted an old-school muscle car. Thrilled to have this 1969 Camaro SS.

Jet-setting
There are so many perks on tour. One of them is flying private when we can. I’m all the way back right in this photo. This is us celebrating Danny Lee’s win at The Greenbrier!
