Hello Neighbor

Nick Saban buys $17.5-million Jupiter Island home, is now neighbors with Tiger Woods and Rickie Fowler

August 09, 2023

Nick Saban is a golf sicko. This is well established. He’s been spotted at Augusta National countless times over the years. He’s reportedly taken private jets to get to tee times, once scheduled hip surgery around a round of golf and even called Tide alum Lee Hodges after his recent 3M Open win. When the guy isn’t eating, sleeping and breathing SEC football, he’s eating, sleeping and breathing golf.

So it only makes that when shopping for a new pad, Saban would look for one within shouting difference of some of the legendary golfers on the planet. As it turns out, he found exactly that, recently closing on a $17.5-million Jupiter Island home located just down the street from Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Gary Player and more.

Del Boca Saban boasts more than just knowledgeable neighbors, though. The 6,200-square-foot sprawl features three stories loaded with floor-to-ceilings windows, a peaceful private garden for daydreaming about kicking Auburn’s butt and 150 feet of private Florida beachfront with a dock and boat lift. The only thing the ball coach needs now is a film room and simulator bay, which you can bet will be coming soon.

The only bummer for Saban is that Alabama superfan and PGA Tour buddy Justin Thomas sold his Jupiter Island home back in June. The thought of these two bumping into each other while going out to get the paper in their pajamas fills our heart with gladness. For now Rickie Fowler and his Magnolia Lane-themed driveway will have to do.
