Full swings felt a bit heavy off the face but carried well and were forgiving. On tight lies around the green, it lacked bite and spin. In the bunker, though, it popped the ball up quickly and easily. A mixed bag but strong in sand.
Elite in the bunker — fast, square, consistent. Full swings came up short of expected numbers, which hurt trust. Greenside height control was steady on both high and low shots. But the bunker performance really carried the club.
Unforgiving but consistent. Greenside it was spinny and easy to pick cleanly. Bunker shots popped up easily with strong distance control. The heft actually helped dial in touch on short swings.
Feels like a natural extension of an iron set on full swings. Straight, soft pop at impact with classic looks. The toe milling is a nice visual touch. Very stable and predictable.
Graphite shaft helped find a smooth low point on full swings and launch it nicely. Energetic, lively performance through sand. Easy to pick shots clean. Around the green the larger footprint hurt precision a bit.
Shines in bunker and greenside work. Excellent spin and very playable for creativity — high, low, anything in between. Felt like the grooves had something extra. Fun club to experiment with.
Extremely easy greenside — one hop and stop like a frog. Deep grooves give it plenty of grip. From bunkers it was trickier to gauge height and distance. Great touch around greens but less consistent in sand.
Gap wedge launched higher than expected with a soft feel and lower spin. Dispersion was wider than ideal. Greenside it had plenty of zip and moved through turf easily. Bunker performance lagged, maybe due to the bounce setup.
Very heavy head with wide dispersion on full swings. Not as soft as you’d hope from a premium wedge. Around the green it softened up, but still not top tier. A bit uneven overall.
Excellent out of the sand, especially with the right setup. Easy to execute whatever bunker shot you’re imagining. Full-swing flight into the wind was impressive — very controllable and steady.
Short shots floated up softly and rolled out predictably, very repeatable. Not super spinny but always controlled. Full swings flew straight at the flag with tons of forgiveness through turf. Just a steady, reliable wedge.
Tons of greenside spin, maybe more than expected. On full swings it was very controllable and easy to flight up or down. Around the green it grabbed hard and stopped quickly. A fun contrast between spinny short game and steady long game.
Toe milling looks odd at address and threw me off. Full swings felt powerful but not controlled and didn’t inspire confidence for attacking pins. Around the green it felt almost like a cheat code. In bunkers it sat perfectly when opened.
Great descent angle that dropped and stopped. Easy club to control overall. Lob wedge versions were harder to spin, and many chips and sand shots ran long. Mixed performance depending on loft.
Grabs the ball hard and gives you tons of control. Easy to generate spin and a higher launch, which I liked. Swing feels almost effortless because of the lighter weight. Very solid for shaping and stopping shots.
Toe milling quiets down glare and frame, nice touch visually. Great turf interaction on full swings with plenty of forgiveness. Greenside it softened up nicely and delivered reliable spin. A balanced feel between forgiveness and touch.
Compact, dense head feel that encouraged digging. Led to a lot of heavy strikes both in sand and around greens. Didn’t get much spin out of those shots either. Just felt demanding to use.
Love the face milling, fits the eye nicely. Full swings were easy to dial in, even partial swings at 85–90 percent. Turf interaction was exceptional with no jumpers. In the sand, the bounce sliced through clean, and greenside distance control was excellent.
Beautiful wedge with detailed milling and strong visual appeal. Full swings were just okay, not easy to flush without effort. In the sand it was excellent, powering through with surprising touch. Greenside it offered nice finesse and spin. Plenty to like despite the average full-swing feel.
A middle-of-the-road performer across all shots. Nothing really jumped out, but nothing let me down either. Solid on flops, chips, and sand. Just a dependable all-around option without a standout trait.
Glides through firmer, packed sand remarkably well. Softer sand only makes it easier. Bunker play is clearly its best quality. If you rely on sand performance, this one delivers.
Great feel and great look with a well-balanced head-shaft combo. Inspires confidence at address. Shots came out crisp with consistent feedback. Full-face milling meant spin was always available.
The offset pulled my chips left of target over and over. It made me want to adjust my path, which wrecked contact. Just wouldn’t trust it on tight, directional shots around the green.
Smooth performer across the board. Whatever shot I needed, it handled. Not flashy, just gets the job done without fuss.
Most surprising club in the lineup. LA Golf isn’t known for wedges, but this one is excellent. Soft off the face with great turf interaction and easy flighting. Full swings and short game were both standout levels — felt like a 12/10 performer.
Graphite shaft took some adjustment but offered nice touch on short chips. Longer shots were harder to control. Better for high-lofted bunker plays than long blasts. Appreciated the spin on short chips and the lighter overall feel.
Sharp leading edge around the green, cuts fast and clean through turf. Felt like I could hit a wide range of shots with confidence. In the bunker, though, it was a bit sticky and lost some of that versatility.
Loved the soft, compressed feel — almost like the ball melted into the face. Turf interaction was above average and bunkers were simple. Never grabbed too much sand and always felt controlled. Smooth overall experience.
Adequate performer on full swings and greenside shots — nothing more. Full-swing feel was middling and didn’t inspire confidence. Ball flight and distance were fine but unremarkable. Performed better in sand and allowed decent lob-shot control.
Good everywhere, true Swiss Army knife wedge. Versatile with easy shotmaking. Sand play felt automatic with the ball popping out cleanly. Just a reliable do-everything option.
Extremely easy full-swing wedge with tons of forgiveness. Didn’t dig and could produce high or low flights with solid spin. Also easy to take spin off when needed. Very versatile and user-friendly.
