BROOKLINE, Mass. — How do you like your U.S. Opens? Stacked with dramatic storylines and crowded leaderboards? Well then, you’ll like what’s in store on Sunday at The Country Club.

Fourteen players are within five shots of the lead shared by Matt Fitzpatrick and Will Zalatoris at four under. The duo will play in the final twosome, each seeking not only a long-awaited major championship triumph but also their first PGA Tour win.

Just one shot back is Jon Rahm, the defending champion trying to become just the third golfer to win back-to-back U.S. Open titles since 1952 (Curtis Strange doing it in 1988-89 and Brooks Koepka in 2017-18). Rahm held a one-shot lead coming to the final hole on Saturday only to make a double-bogey 6 when his approach shot from a fairway bunker hit the lip and he hit his third shot into a greenside bunker. The Spaniard will be paired with Keegan Bradley, a New England native hoping the home vibes can push him to an out-of-nowhere second major title.

If this isn’t exciting enough for you, there are plenty of other intriguing names within shouting distance of the leaders, including major champions Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy. Below are all the twosome pairings for Sunday’s final round at Brookline.
