Last month, news broke that Mike Tyson was getting back in the gym and, perhaps, even the fight game. His former trainer Jeff Fenech went on record. Tyson could knock out Deontay Wilder within a minute, he said. The whole world scoffed. Until Monday that is, when this harrowing footage of Iron Mike’s new-found fitness finally reached Instagram. WARNING: This is not for individuals with preexisting heart conditions.

On its own, this is incredible enough. A Bryson-esque transformation, you might say. Tyson has always been mean, but now that he’s got his lean back, there could be no stopping him on the circus fight circuit. That’s bad news for four-time heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield, who, less than 48 hours after Tyson’s viral workout video, splattered his own across the internet.

Folks, this can only mean one thing and one thing only: A Tyson-Holyfield rematch is coming and coming soon. In case you forgot what happened last time, well here’s (or should we say h-ears) a little refresher:

As Holyfield also pointed out this week, “Mike Tyson Bites Evander Holyfield’s Ear Clean Off” is a bit of a dramatization, but still, a Tyson-Holyfield bout is sure to open up some old wounds, even if it is for a good cause. Nothing is confirmed yet of course, but keep your good ear to the ground. Something tells us an announcement is coming any second now . . .
