Ernie Johnson might just have the best job in America. At the very least, he probably has the most fun one, highlighted by hearing the musings of Charles Barkley. Heck, just last night he got to witness Kenny Smith push Shaquille O'Neal into a Christmas tree.

But the Inside The NBA host was howling for a different reason later on thanks to an interview with Rory McIlroy. The four-time major champ was promoting Saturday's "The Match" in which he'll team up with Tiger Woods to take on Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth. In case you're unaware of the details of that event, get caught up here.

Back to the Rory-Ernie exchange. EJ asked about dealing with "jitters" on the course, and McIlroy had the host howling again with his simple solution. Have a look and listen:

OK, so you could kind of see that one coming. Still, it made for a funny moment, and, actually, alcohol can have positive effects on your golf game. Just be careful out there.

Maybe Ernie will actually take that suggestion to heart the next time he tees it up with Barkley. Hey, with the way Chuck is hitting it these days, his opponents could use all the advice they can get.
