Buffalo Bills teammates prank Josh Allen with bagpiper during birthday round of golf
Here’s something you probably know about Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen: He’s a certified golf sicko, attending multiple majors in 2023, buying his O-line clubs for Christmas and even dressing up as Phil Mickelson on Halloween.
Here’s something you might not: Tuesday was his 28th birthday, and to celebrate he tee’d it up with a couple of teammates for a relaxing round of golf. Or at least it was supposed to be relaxing. Unfortunately for Allen, his playing partners had something different in mind, hiring a bagpiper to play “Happy Birthday” during his backswing when he arrived on the second tee.
It’s no ‘Jackass’ air horn sketch, but it’s still pretty good. Allen was a good sport too, teeing off with the bagpipes blaring and even delivering a club twirl for good measure. He then shook hands with the bagpiper, thanking him for the musical, ahem, interlude.
That said, Allen was coming off a birdie on his opening hole, so we hope he didn’t let the interruption distract him. As we all know, the only thing better than cake on your birthday is going low.
