Bogey Boys and Adidas release collaborative golf collection for men and women that you have to see

Bogey Boys has teamed up with adidas to give golfers the adidas tracksuit they didn’t know they needed. As part of a collaborative collection teased in February at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am by Bogey Boys founder and Grammy-award-winner Macklemore, the two brands have released a 16-piece capsule including apparel and accessories for both men and women. Heavily inspired by 70s and 80s classic golf styling, expect (in addition to the nearly-powder-blue tracksuit) sweater vests, a kiltie-covered golf shoe, straight leg trousers and the return of adidas’ retro Trefoil logo. The MC80 golf shoe is a new model from adidas the brand is debuting with a limited-edition version as part of the collaboration. Expect additional colorways from adidas separate from the collaboration later this year.

The collaborative version of spikeless shoe features a white leather upper with a brogue stitching detail and croc texture to give it a classic and upscale finish. Concealed in the heel design is adidas’ Boost cushioning technology for comfort and responsiveness, with a TPU outsole adding torsion control and stability.

Whether you’re team tracksuits-for-golf or not, adidas and Bogey Boys are making the look available for golfers. The Terry cloth set features the iconic adidas three-stripe detailing with an elastic waistband on the pants and ribbed material at the cuff and hem of the jacket to seal in warmth.

For a similar look, the collab produced a women's romper with the same blue shade and terry fabrication but with a belted waistband and front zip pockets. Contrast white tiping at the hem and sleeve, along with a solid navy collar give it an upscale athletic finish great for casual rounds and driving range sessions.

There are four men's golf shirts in the collection ranging from a simple white and blue with contrast tipping to bolder pinstriped patterns. Each is thoughtfully made with a blend of recycled materials, as part of adidas' sustainable mission. The classic adidas Trefoil logo can be found at the pocket of the solid polos and on the sleeve of the pinstriped options.

One of the louder pieces of the collection is one Macklemore wore in February at Pebble Beach—a green sweater vest with a checkered pattern covering the shoulders. It's a great blend of vintage golf style with more modern street style and skate fashion.

Matching the regal green shade of the vest is another modernized retro style in the collection, the knit front-seamed golf pants. Traditional side pockets and belt loops give the casual pant a golf-ready look and feel with sweatpant-like comfort. The pants also come in a simple white that pairs well with the both the blues and greens featured in this collab.

On the women's side, the collection also includes a preppy golf skirt with a stretch waistband and playful pleated finish. There is no women's-specific golf shirt included in the line, but campaign imagery shows a unisex fit for the golf shirts that pair well with the simple skirt.

In addition to the golf-specific apparel, the collaborative collection also includes a t-shirt, hat, glove and tote bag in coordinating colors, all featuring the co-branded adidas Trefoil and Bogey Boys logos.
