Tiger Woods wins for the most random tweet of British Open week
Tiger Woods is not at Royal Birkdale and it doesn't seem that he's thinking much about golf, either. On Friday evening, Woods checked in on social media with what can only be described as the most random tweet of British Open week:
It's a sweet-looking pool table (Well, if you're a Raiders fan like Woods), but the tweet came out of nowhere for the 14-time major champ, who previously tweeted out a happy July 4th to everyone. The day before that, he let everyone know he'd completed an "out of state private intensive program" in regards to managing pain medications following a DUI arrest on memorial Day.
Woods underwent a fourth back surgery in April and is expected to be sidelined for at least the rest of this year. We wish he was playing golf instead of pool this weekend, but we're happy he's happy.
