There's already a Twitter account dedicated to Michael Jordan 'jamming out' and it's perfect

Twitter has many insufferable qualities, this goes without saying. One of the worst is when people create accounts for very specific viral moments. For example, do you remember Ken Bone, the dude who asked a question at one of the presidential debates in 2016? Yeah, the red sweater guy. After he went viral, people definitely made Twitter accounts called “Ken Bone’s sweater” or just “Ken Bone.” I can’t find them now, probably because they no longer exist because they were funny for all of 10 seconds.

Jeez, that was a terrible example. Hmmm.. Ok, here’s a better one. Remember that black cat that ran on the field at MetLife Stadium during a Monday Night Football game between the Giants and Cowboys? Multiple people made Twitter accounts for that cat. I even found one this time. It has 93 followers. Totally worth it though!

Point being, these accounts are the worst. There’s no staying power and they are rarely even that funny for the 10 seconds I mentioned above.

Yes, here’s the part where I say there are always exceptions, which is just a translation for me loving the hell out of this new @JordanJamming account. It was created on Monday, hours after the final episode of “The Last Dance” aired. In that episode, there was a clip of Michael Jordan on the team bus jamming out to new Kenny Lattimore music that hadn’t been released yet (Lattimore confirmed this to be true). Naturally, people began putting their own favorite songs to it, and the @JordanJamming account is dedicated to doing just that. Some of their top videos so far include “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers:

“A Thousand Miles,” by Vanessa Carlton:

“Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield:

“Roundball Rock”, aka the NBA on NBC theme by John Tesh:

And two personal favorites, “Levels” by Avici and “Take Me Home Tonight” by Eddie Money (double RIP):

If these don’t bring a smile to your face, I don’t know what to tell you. Forget everything I said about these accounts. Sometimes they just work. Go check out the @JordanJamming account for more fire beats.
