Dustin Johnson’s Palm Beach Gardens villa, replete with putting green and private island, just sold for $16.5 million

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Dustin Johnson. In addition to gearing up for the quickest Masters defense in tournament history, the World No. 1 has put on a pimento cheese sandwich-building clinic, finalized his Masters champions dinner menu, and even found time to pose for the cover of Cigar Aficionado. If that weren’t enough, Johnson has now reportedly closed on the sale of his $16.5-million Palm Beach Gardens villa. We guess it’s true what they say: There’s no rest for the wicked (awesome.)

In addition to the amenities listed above, the PGA power pad also comes with a private island and dock, an in-ground saltwater pool, multiple balconies, and a four-car garage. Feast your unworthy eyes:

Johnson purchased the home for $15 million in 2015 and spent years renovating it, but according to Miguel Rivera of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities, who sold the home, “it was not what he wanted in the end.”

We guess when you’re the Masters champ, you’ve earned the right to be a little choosey.
