It's not raining in Hawaii, Bryson DeChambeau is just blocking the wind with an umbrella while putting

Bryson DeChambeau has not struck a competitive shot yet in 2021. He hasn't asked for a ruling, hasn't told a cameraman to give him some space, nor has he claimed he's going to turn Kapalua into a par 68 this week. And yet, he still managed to trigger Golf Twitter on Tuesday evening. We are so back, folks.

First it was the "dew guy," the guy who sprayed water on DeChambeau's golf balls to simulate morning dew. Then it was "towel guy," the guy who held up a towel behind DeChambeau so he could see his putting line in the sun. On Tuesday evening at the Sentry Tournament of Champions, the Mad Scientist introduced us to "umbrella guy," who was ... we're not sure what he was doing, actually:

Apparently, DeChambeau is "blocking out the wind" during this odd putting session. Hilarious given it doesn't look THAT windy. If you're going to block out the wind with a damn umbrella on the putting green, it better be gale force winds. But hey, Bryson gonna Bryson, which we can do nothing but thank him for. Keep the content comin', bud.
