Must Be Nice

Bryson DeChambeau was absolutely disgusted with this putt … until it went in

Kevin Na has made an art out of walking in putts in recent years. Apparently, golf’s mad scientist needs a bit of work in that area.

During the second round of the European Tour’s Saudi International, Bryson DeChambeau did the early walk after a par putt on the sixth hole. But unlike Na, his quick move was out of disgust instead of confidence. Turns out, the former physics major made quite a miscalculation.

Watch as DeChambeau, who looks like he’s cut down on the milkshakes as he said earlier in the week, turns from ticked to (pleasantly) shocked as his golf ball drops in the hole:

Must be nice, huh? When even poor putts are dropping for you? I wouldn’t know, but I’m guessing it must be nice. Seems pretty nice, at least.

“I’ll take that,” DeChambeau can be heard saying with a laugh in the clip. Yep, things are going pretty well for the reigning U.S. Open champ these days.
