AT&T Byron Nelson 2021 odds: Oddsmakers respecting Brooks Koepka in first start since Masters missed cut

The last time we saw Brooks Koepka in action, he was hobbling his way to a missed cut at the Masters in April. Prior to that, though, he had been playing very good golf, having won at the Waste Management Phoenix Open and tying for second at the WGC-Workday at The Concession.

Oddsmakers are clearly expecting the good version of Koepka to show up this week at the AT&T Byron Nelson, where he's making his first start since missing the weekend at Augusta National. Koepka, who underwent surgery to repair his medial patellofemoral ligament in early March, is 22-1 at the William Hill Sportsbook to win at TPC Craig Ranch, which will be hosting the Byron Nelson for the first time.

Just seven names are ahead of Koepka's on the odds board, including World No. 1 Dustin Johnson, one of the three co-favorites at 10-1. He's joined at the top by Jon Rahm, who badly missed the cut at Quail Hollow, and Bryson DeChambeau, who thought he missed the cut only to literally turn the private jet around and backdoor his way into the top 10 on the weekend.

Next up at 12-1 is Jordan Spieth, who already has one win in his home state of Texas in 2021. Daniel Berger checks in at 18-1 right after Spieth, while Masters champ Hideki Matsuyama is 20-1 along with Matthew Fitzpatrick, who is still in search of his first pro win on American soil.
