Review

“36 hole private club in middle of VT with stay and play cottages. Mountainous but not too severe. Nice bunkering and interesting green complexes. Good condition. One of best courses in New England."

“Excellent mix of draw (2,3,4,7,15,18) holes vs. fades (6, 9,10,11,13,16) off the tee. Stacked stone walls add aesthetic appeal at 3-5, 10-12, 14, 15 and 18. Great long par 3s at 9 and 17 but no short one shot'ers. Back-to-back-to-back repetitive holes (short, uphill dog leg rights) at 9-11 although #11 is one of the most challenging "long" golf holes I have ever played from under 350 yards from the back tees. Outstanding utilization of elevation changes exemplified at 3, 7-11, 13 and 18, with only 3 flat holes on the entire course."
