Review
“Wellesley is a solid club in one of the wealthiest suburbs of Boston, and sports one of the largest and nicest clubhouses in the state. The golf course though is not quite as memorable. This layout plays out on two sides of a busy road, and this is a rare course where the holes apart from the core of the club are the best stretch. Most of the course plays around the bluff where the clubhouse sits, and back and forth over a wide flattish landscape that unfortunately makes the holes run together in the mind. This is one of those Ross/Stiles courses that has been tweaked probably too many times to maintain a golden age feel, but the ethos of place is still intact. There is nothing terrible here, or particularly mindblowing, and it has a unique finish over the course's only two par fives."
