The Winners' Bags
It was a week of changes for Jerry Kelly who won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans after switching driver shafts (to Srixon's prototype Miyazaki) and golf balls (from Titleist's Pro V1 to the Pro V1x). As Kelly was changing, Lorena Ochoa stood pat with 14 Ping clubs in winning the LPGA's Corona Championship in Mexico. At the Champions Tour's Legends of Golf, victors Bernhard Langer and Tom Lehman had something in common with the PGA and LPGA winners last week: They all used a driver, 3-wood, hybrid wood configuration.
