Ahead of last week's U.S. Open, some bettors (slowly raises hand) couldn't resist taking a shot on Justin Thomas, who was as high as 50-1 to win at LACC. As we quickly came to find out, there was clearly a reason for the astronomical price, with Thomas going on to shoot rounds of 73 and 81 (!) to violently miss the cut.

Thomas went on to admit that it was the "lowest I've felt," though he also said he will figure it out. If you believe he can do that this week, he is once again at a juicy number to win outright. Not as juicy as you thought he'd be, however.

Despite coming off the second-worst round of his career, Thomas' odds actually went down, a product of the Travelers field not being quite as strong as the U.S. Open field (though still quite strong). The best number you can find on the two-time major winner is 40-1 at the BetMGM Sportsbook, the same odds as U.S. Open champion Wyndham Clark.

Scottie Scheffler is once again the solo favorite at +650, while Jon Rahm and Rory McIlroy are right behind at 9-1. Patrick Cantlay is 12-1, and defending champion Xander Schauffele is 14-1.

Below are the odds for every player in the field at the 2023 Travelers Championship:
