Just a little more than a year ago, Shane Lowry won the biggest tournament of his career to be crowned Champion Golfer of the Year. Now we must award him the club snap of the year.
Very rarely do we see a tour pro snap their club in a major championship. But Lowry's frustrations got the best of him on Friday at TPC Harding Park. His club stood no chance.
We're not used to seeing too much fire and emotion from Lowry on the course. He seems like a generally happy bloke when he's walking the fairways.
But TPC Harding Park has frustrated the world's best players all week long. This one belongs in the club-snap Hall of Fame.
