    Save for later

Golf fans will have to be a bit more patient for the second season of Netflix's "Full Swing" to come out, but it looks like it will be well worth the wait.

Season 1 dropped the day after Valentine's Day last year providing a nice compliment to all that chocolate, but the streaming service used this year's holiday instead to announce that Season 2 will be coming out next month. March 6 is the release date, and, not surprisingly, the teaser is great. Have a look:

OK, so here's what we know from watching that 20-second clip:

    — Once again, there will be eight episodes.

    — Rory McIlroy is back.

    — So is Joel Dahmen(!), the surprising star of Season 1.

    — There will be TWO episodes focused on the Ryder Cup: "All Roads Lead To Rome" Pts. 1 and 2.

    — Once again, there will be a LIV presence—it looks like Dustin Johnson is the main subject of Episode 2—but the show seems much more focused on the PGA Tour.

    — Others seemingly with episodes around them are Justin Thomas (returning), Matt Fitzpatrick (returning) and Tom Kim (new).

    — Did we mention that TWO-parter on the Ryder Cup in Rome?!

Anyway, you have three weeks to get your popcorn ready—and to get caught up in case you didn't watch Season 1 for some reason. And whether you did or not, you should check out Golf Digest's breakdowns of all eight episodes. So go do your homework and we'll reconvene next month.
