All good things must come to an end. That includes an action-packed 2020 of PGA Tour golf, which we’re extra thankful for after the COVID-19 pandemic threatened this season. The tour successfully held 24 straight weeks of golf through the RSM Classic, and after a week off for Thanksgiving, the Mayakoba Golf Classic will cap off the tour’s 2020 schedule.

Typically a weaker field can be found at El Camaleón, the Greg Norman course that stretches just short of 7,100 yards as a par 71 at Mayakoba. This year’s field is stronger than usual, with five of the top 25 in the world teeing it up. Dustin Johnson withdrew over the weekend, leaving Justin Thomas as a strong 6 1/2 favorite, followed closely by Brooks Koepka (10-1). Thomas’ lone appearance here was in 2015, when he finished T-23. Koepka missed the cut in 2014 in his only start at Mayakoba.

Brendon Todd defends his title this week after his scorching hot end to his 2019 season. He enters this week without a finish better than T-37 since September after dealing with a foot injury in October. Harris English, who shot a final-round 63 in his last start at the RSM Classic, is a past champion at Mayakoba, earning his last PGA Tour victory here in 2014.

Here are the odds of every player in the field at this week’s Mayakoba Golf Classic.
