Masters 2025: Golf fanatic shows off Augusta National merch haul for the ages

There are a few things you need when making a trip to Augusta National: outfit scripting for the week, a digital camera since your phone’s not making it through the gates and a shopping list of merch to get for friends, family and people you’re trying to get on your good side. The Masters goods aren’t as important as the golf, but for some, they're pretty damn close.
Just ask apparent Masters fanatic Trey Underwood who went on a hell of a spending spree at Augusta National this week. We get it. Who knows when you’ll make it back? You get a polo! You get a polo! You get a polo!
A few kind commenters did the math (thank god, because I always struggle), and this all added up to somewhere between $2,700 and $3,200. That really isn’t that bad when you consider how much Underwood got. Polos, check. Hats, check. Flags, check. Blankets, check. Gnomes (obviously), check. Even the limited edition bear, check.
On why he went all out when it came to Masters merch, Underwood had this to say: “Tradition, Prestige, and Impossible to get tickets to. There isn't a single blade of grass out of place on the whole course.”
We also know that this wasn't an easy feat, because the Masters merch line is as cuthroat as it gets. Just look at these crowds, which only rival the Eras Tour and when the Pope visits your city.

Also, you might be wondering if all of this was for him. Thankfully, he’s sharing the love. He added, “I put it on my credit card then get reinbursed for about 95% of it from friends and family then just pay the bill.”
Peter Millar’s official account commented, “Some great picks! 👌” to which Trey Underwood responded, “send me some stuff!!” Just goes to show you that there’s no such thing as greed when it comes to golf shirts.
