Masters 2020: This new Masters promo will give you all the feels

There are few things better than seeing that first Masters promo air each year around New Year's Day. It signals that the most-anticipated golf tournament of the year is just around the (Amen) corner, and with it, spring. HELLO, FRIENDS!

This year was no different when ESPN began airing a new spot featuring Ray Charles' "Georgia On My Mind" during college football bowl season. But then, of course, this year wound up being so different.

Which is why what happened on Thursday seemed so particularly exciting. The Masters released a new promo for the upcoming first-ever November edition of the event, and, well, it will give you all the feels—especially since its been more than a year and a half since Tiger Woods slipped on the green jacket. Anyway, check it out:

Lets. Freaking. Go.

The absence of Masters mainstay Jim Nantz on the voiceover is a bit mystifying at first, but Jimmy Roberts does a fantastic job with his latest TV essay.

"And our annual tradition unlike any other—for one year, at least—will be a fall classic."

So good. November 12 can't get here soon enough.
