Jessica Korda announces she's pregnant in adorable fashion
Six-time LPGA winner Jessica Korda is about to be a first-time mom.
The 30-year-old LPGA star announced she's pregnant on Friday with adorable social-media posts involving her beloved dog, Charlie, as well as a pair of baby golf shoes. FootJoys of course for the FootJoy-sponsored player:
Aww. You love to see it.
According to the "Tee Time For 3" sign, the baby is due in February. And if we're going by the color of the shoes, it appears the couple is expecting a boy.
Korda previously announced in May she was taking time off to rehab a back injury. She last played in the Cognizant Founders Cup earlier that month, withdrawing after one round. Korda only played in six individual events in 2023 with a T-18 at the DIO Implant LA Open being her best result.
Jessica is the older sister of World No. 2 Nelly Korda. Jessica's most-recent LPGA Tour title came at the 2021 Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions. Anyway, congrats to Jessica and her husband Johnny DelPrete. Oh, and to soon-to-be Aunt Nelly.
