The course features nine holes cut from six greens as well paved cart paths and a dedicated cart barn. The course circles the man-made lake and private beach, making it the perfect way to while away a hot summer afternoon, sipping spiked Arnold Palmers and closing deals.

The whole thing can be yours for $5.5 million, which seems like a pretty fair deal to us once you get past the whole “Iowa” thing. But we guess it’s true what they. If you build it, they will come.
