PGA Tour 2011 Schedule Released

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (AP) -- The PGA Tour has released its 2011 schedule, which features 45 tournaments that count toward official money and a title sponsor for the St. Jude Classic.

FedEx, formerly the title sponsor for the St. Jude Classic in Memphis, Tenn., until the FedEx Cup series began, will take over for one year. That leaves only two tournaments on the tour's schedule that do not have sponsors -- The Heritage at Hilton Head and the Bob Hope Classic in the Palm Springs, Calif., area.

Only four tournaments remain in the Fall Series with the Viking Classic in Jackson, Miss., moving to the same week as the British Open. The tour also will play Disney before its leaves the country for a two-week swing through Asia. Previously, Disney was held the week after the HSBC Champions in Shanghai.
