ESPN+ to debut ‘live betting feeds’ for six events this year, starting with WM Phoenix Open

ESPN and the PGA Tour announced some news on Monday that might get you excited if you enjoy wagering on golf. Starting at the WM Phoenix Open, ESPN+ will add a specialized golf betting feed to its offerings for six events in 2025—presenting hole-by-hole content and live odds aimed specifically to those interested in gambling.
There have been rumblings about a gambling-specific feed as part of PGA Tour Live/ESPN+ broadcasts for nearly half a decade, and it seems like we’re finally here. Six events in 2025, starting at TPC Scottsdale, where the flagship DraftKings Sportsbook sits, and continuing at The Players, the Truist Championship (Philadelphia Cricket Club), the Memorial, the Travelers and the FedEx St. Jude Championship—will feature the live betting feed. The feed will be live for two hours leading into the linear broadcast window and include hosts Jonathan Coachman, on-course reporter and former caddie Michael Collins and former tour players Matt Every and Graham DeLaet.
Back in 2021, NBC Sports attempted a similar broadcast at TPC Scottsdale, but the presentation didn't live up to viewers' expectations without the on-air talent being able to talk specifically to live odds or placing bets themselves. DeLaet, Every and Collins will be able to speak to their own experiences on the course, and Coachman has appeared on betting shows before, so this broadcast should be promising to avid gamblers, though might prefer someone on the crew who has intimate knowledge of golf data.
The broadcast will feature ESPN Bet odds as one of the official betting operators of the PGA Tour.
