Ernie Johnson saying ‘b*tch a** white boy’ is the only video you need to watch today

On Sunday, prior to Game 4 between the Dallas Mavericks and L.A. Clippers, L.A. power forward Montrezl Harrell could be seen apologizing to Dallas’ Luka Dončić. For those who missed, Harrell had called Dončić a “b*tch-a** white boy” during the Clippers’ Game 3 victory, which gave them a 2-1 series lead.

The moment was captured on camera, making it a much bigger deal than it needed to be:

Pretty standard stuff in the NBA, but the mouth-readers of social media had to make Harrell pay. He had no other choice but to apologize to Luka prior to Game 4, and that was that:

Of course, the story only continued to have legs after what Dončić did to the Clippers on Sunday. The Mavericks’ certified superstar did certified superstar things, becoming the first player in NBA history to have 43 points, 17 rebounds and 13 assists in one game. That he punctuated that performance with a dagger of a three-pointer at the buzzer made the “revenge” story all the more sweeter:

That led to an all-time clip of Ernie Johnson using the phrase during a serious conversation:

Again, we know it’s a supposedly serious discussion, but how can you not laugh at that. And yes, someone did sync up the Harrell video with Ernie’s voice, because internet:

Tears. Usually it’s Chuck or Shaq going viral on a post-NBA-craziness Monday morning, but Ernie can be a wild card himself. Enjoy watching that clip on repeat for the remainder of your day.
