The Bardstown bourbon purveyor, which has partnered with the PGA of America on various limited-edition whiskies over the past several years, has just unveiled their latest creation, designed to commemorate the upcoming 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club.
Bottled at 108 proof in honor of the tournament’s 108th playing, the 2026 PGA Championship Commemorative Edition small-batch bourbon features the same smooth-drinking profile Elijah Craig is known for with a bit of added oomph from its higher proof. The experience begins with aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and sunny citrus, followed by a palate of butterscotch, baking spices and juicy berries.
While the drinkability is what matters most, this signature expression will also look great on the shelf thanks to a signature bottle design including limited-edition labeling bearing the 2026 PGA Championship logo and gold coin cork featuring the emblem of Aronimink Golf Club. The bourbon is well suited to sipping neat or on the rocks, but it also sits beautifully in a cocktail, such as The Mulligan (we all need one of those once in awhile), a blend of 2 oz. of Elijah Craig bourbon, 3 oz. lemonade, 2 oz. sweet black tea shaken and strained over ice and garnished with a lemon wheel.
