DJ Khaled brought in ringers Bubba Watson and Michael Block to win his own charity golf event with ridiculous score

July 21, 2023

Not even a recent surfing injury could keep DJ Khaled from winning his own charity golf event. Of course, it helps when you bring in a couple of ringers.

Such was the case at Miami Beach Golf Club on Thursday as a team of DJ, fellow entertainer The-Dream, two-time Masters champ Bubba Watson and PGA Championship sensation Michael Block dominated the We the Best Foundation Golf Classic. And it sounds like the rest of the competition never had a chance.

Listen to ESPN's Michael Eaves announce the winners, and just as importantly, their winning score of . . . 48?! Yep, 48. We're guessing it was a scramble, but still, talk about taking it low.

What a great celebration. And not surprisingly, the recent Golf Digest cover boy was fired up to hoist that trophy—in addition to raising a lot of money for his foundation, of course. Also, does it get any better than having your own song blaring when you win? Especially when that song is "All I Do is Win"? That seems like it would be pretty darn cool.

Block continued his dream year as well. Earlier in the week, cameras caught him holing out–and then catching DJ in his arms:

And it looks like Bubba had a great time as well:

Uh-oh, sounds like this juggernaut squad plans on defending its title next year. Good luck to everyone else, because all they do is win, win, win. Sorry, that song's stuck in my head now.
