Since the COVID restart in June of 2020, both Jason Day and Justin Rose have shown brief flashes of their former World No. 1 selves. Yet just last week at the Farmers Insurance Open, you could have bet Rose at 70-1 to win pre-tournament, and Day at 90-1.

Those almost proved to be prudent bets, with Day tying for third and Rose tying for sixth. Unfortunately, you can kiss those juicy odds goodbye for the two former World No. 1s, as both Day and Rose are back in a familiar place ahead of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am - the top of the odds board.

No, neither Day nor Rose are the consensus favorites, but their performance last week has seen them vault all the way to 20-1 to win outright. Sure, the leap could be attributed to the weak field at Pebble this week, but also to their play last week and their course history, Day's specifically. The Aussie has 10 finishes of 14th or better in the event, including five inside the top five. Somehow, though, he's never won.

The title of solo favorite belongs to Patrick Cantlay, who is at 7-1 to win coming off his third-place finish in this event a year ago. Daniel Berger, the defending champion, checks in next at 10-1. Will Zalatoris, fresh off a playoff loss to Luke List, is at 18-1 along with Jordan Spieth.
