2018 Genesis Open tee times, viewer's guide

The PGA Tour makes its final stop of the West Coast Swing this week in Los Angeles, California, for the Genesis Open, held at Riviera Country Club. It remains one of the top venues on tour every year, providing a challenging but fair test for the world's best players, which often leads to exciting finishes. Since 1998, the Genesis Open has been decided by two strokes or less all but once, and has ended in a playoff eight of those times.

This year's field boasts a number of marquee names, including defending champion Dustin Johnson, but the focus is once again on Tiger Woods, who will make his second start of the season this week and the first since the Farmers Insurance Open, where he tied for 23rd. While Woods has plenty of history at Riviera, like his professional debut in 1992, he has not played in the Genesis Open since 2006. He'll tee it up alongside Rory McIlroy and Justin Thomas on Thursday and Friday.

TV Coverage

The Golf Channel will carry live coverage on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. EST and on Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. They'll also provide coverage on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. CBS will take over on Saturday at 4 p.m. and on Sunday at 3 p.m.
