Following his 2019 Open Championship victory at Royal Portrush, Lowry was seen singing his heart out in a local pub with claret jug held aloft. It remains one of the great Open coronations of the social media age, and on Sunday, Lowry repeated the trick at a local pub, only this time with a trophy different trophy in hand.

What were Lowry and co. crooning about? Courage? Glory? The rolling emerald hills of Ireland? As it turns out, none of the above. Instead Lowry and his local drinking buddies were singing a tune that Offlay Gaelic football supporters use to mock their rivals Westmeath. We guess it's true what they say: You can take the player out of the game, but you can't stop the player from "taking the p*ss" ... or something like that.
