Very easy to get in the air off the deck and fairly forgiving. Mis-hits still get up in the air nicely. If you get a little unnerved by tight lies, this wood is going to help you out.
Blue-carbon look exudes fast. The crack at impact gives you goosebumps. Smooth through the turf, and I got a lot of decent height. All aspects of performance distance and height and forgiveness were all well balanced.
This club is so beautiful that you almost don't want to hit it. It's heavier and I feel like that might make it slower to swing, but the mass is there to provide a powerful impact.
Good workability, especially on fades. I got a penetrating ball flight even though it's a higher launch.
Good blend between control and power. Very easy for me to pick the spin up on this, drop it down, shape it, move it. It also has a very forgiving face from toe to heel. A very, very versatile wood. Can hit it off the tee, out of the rough or out of the fairway with ease.
The larger head of this club planted the thought of forgiveness in my head, but the real standout was the punch that it packed and the distance that I got. There's absolutely no distance left behind here.
Very easy to hit, flies off the face. Also quite forgiving. Good strikes were extremely well rewarded, and I really enjoyed the launch angle. I think that it comes off the club very hot, real effortless power. Easy to control through the swing and I had no issue working the ball.
It was very easy to get the ball up in the air if you hit it good. So if you can hit the center of the face regularly, this will perform for you.
The beautiful, deep-blue, shiny crown and dark face provide good contrast behind the ball. It provides effortless power. I got a a sharp crack on impact that had a great mid-high trajectory, and I was able to even shape the ball in both directions. Just a confidence-inspiring club.
This was just one of those clubs I was in awe with after I hit it. It delivered such consistent flight and distance. Dispersion was so tight. It was a different compression from anything I've felt.
A sleek-looking head sitting behind the ball, easy to address. A lot of forgiveness on this club and the ball flew really nicely in a mid-to-high flight without any real effort in my swing.
It was very easy to keep the ball straight on good hits. If you miss it a little bit, you lose a lot of height. The ball felt like it was powerful through the air. Especially with good shots, it felt like nothing could move it from wherever it was going.
Jumpy off the face. Impressed with that. And a couple that I made bad contact with on the ground, the sole still fought through the turf and delivered an acceptable shot.
When I hit it in the center, the results were perfect. I struggled with off-center strikes, though.
I want something that looks unique and this does with a tinge of blue. It was great off a tee. It seemed like it was just a very easy club to launch with a medium-high flight. Not the longest, but more than enough distance.
This one is going to be tough to beat. Easy to launch, very forgiving, low spin. I was able to move the ball from right to left and left to right. It worked in every category, from off the tee to off the turf. It performs across the board.
This club was an all-around-good performer. Even my mis-hits were pretty good. I'd be happy with it. I would definitely feel comfortable playing this club even though there's not a standout feature. Maybe that is the standout feature.
It was pretty forgiving. Toe and heel misses still went deep with little effort. Felt very repeatable, very consistent. If I missed the center of the face, it's not going to severely penalize me. That subtle carbon-fiber crown is captivating.
The standout element on this club was the softness. The feel was very pleasant, it gave great feedback. Every shot felt like I was hitting it in the center of the face because it was always pleasing.
It's probably the biggest head on a wood I've seen. The face is a little too deep for a tight fairway lie, but this is good off the tee. It gives you a lot of confidence. It looks like there's a big hitting area, you know, a lot of room to miss.
It felt like you're hitting a really big iron in terms of that more muted, stable feel through impact. The trajectory was always in a tight little window. It's more like a a jumbo utility as opposed to a proper fairway wood in that way. Still, you get good distance with it.
Overall, the look is elegant. When you examine it closely, you can see the the carbon crown, but the way that the finish is, it hides it really well at address. The performance was excellent. Very easy to get the ball in the air, forgiving enough while still having control over the flight. I felt like I could move it left, right, high, low and the club just responds.
It was very consistent, but not especially workable in terms of draws and fades. No matter the trajectory, it was straight. Even the misses were still playable. You can go at this club and not lose it in the trees.
It launches high. Definitely higher than I expected. If you want that, especially off the tee, I think it's a really good option. It's pretty forgiving. Even off the deck, the distance was really good.
The head is slightly bigger than I'd like, but I like the this blue-ish hue. It's firm on the hands but pretty quiet. It doesn't have that echo effect after hitting the ball. Shots are pretty consistent in terms of distance. Dispersion is OK. Mis-hits fly off line and lose distance.
Deceptively long carry. It didn't feel like the ball through contact was jumping off the face, but looking at the numbers and where the ball was landing, it was one of the longer clubs. Quiet, subtle power. A very firm feel through contact. The clubhead has more heft to it, so you had to work a little more to get it through the ball.
Absolutely beautiful club. It has a navy-blue carbon finish on top that I love. The blend is nice and inspires confidence. Really balanced club, stable through the hit but not very hot off the face. Felt like the ball went as far as it could.
I could easily hit this off the turf and teeing it up is even better. I got some distance out of it, too.
I wish there were a little bit more alignment with it. The launch is pretty high, and that's nice for soft landings into greens
Love the design, performance and consistent results. Also, it had the best combination of launch distance and angles. It's a very high-quality fairway wood. Great turf interaction—it really felt good coming through the ball.
