The Valspar Championship winner needed extra holes to claim his second career PGA Tour title. During the playoff with Patrick Reed and Sean O'Hair, some dude in the crowd yelled, "Nice belt, Jordan!" I always find it strange so many guys yell something after a player hits a shot, but I appreciate "Nice belt" over "Bababooee." Plus, I agree with the dude. Ishikawa showed off another fresh micro-print trouser Thursday at the Valspar, wearing it with the right color belt and perfectly fitting polo. This may be my favorite Nike polo of the season. Saturated color with just enough high-intensity accents make for a modern shirt that doesn't feel overly technical. Strong work here from Pinckney, too, as he completely nailed the fit. Steal his move and make sure your short sleeves stop halfway down your biceps. I'll admit it, I don't get it. Can somebody explain this slit opening at the bottom of everyone's trousers? As far as I understand, opening the bottom of your pant leg has zero functional value and, in Ricky's case, only makes a poorly fitting trouser look worse. I think MacKenzie is making a quiet case for one of the tour's best dressed players. Color can be fun, but there are a lot of ways to create interest with more reserved pallets.
