The Week In Style: 01.08.14
Zach Johnson
Looks like Zach was really striping it last weekend. With his build he can get away with these bold, graphic, horizontal stripes.
Dustin Johnson
DJ is one of the few players that always looks really solid. He's very aware of fit, and has nailed it to a T. He coordinates his outfits well and adds a touch of glamour with the exotic, animal-skinned belts.
Jordan Spieth
Seems like everyone was wearing a shirt with a stripe(s) on it! You'll see a lot more of this young man in 2014. And on every occasion, he will behave beyond his years and dress in a simple, smooth style. Nothing flashy here, as that doesn't fit his focused approach.
Ryan Moore
Stripe up the band! Notice the trend? Here's another golfer who you will be seeing a lot of this year, as he's healthy and determined with a new trainer and a slimmed-down physique. His association with TRUE Linkswear has been a good one as they continue to introduce new, innovative designs. And innovative footwear designs.
Chris Kirk
New dad Chris Kirk (by the way, congratulations on the baby boy!) is sporting the clean, California look of Travis Mathew apparel, and his Kikkor footwear is fresh, young and modern.
Kevin Streelman
Take note, Streelman's wearing the Ogio line of clothing, which appears to fit him well and he's already playing at a very high level in 2014. He, too, is a new dad, so congratulations are in order as well!
Webb Simpson
That's right, this is an image of the new, slimmed-down, 2014 version of Webb Simpson. His work with trainer Ben Shear has visibly changed his appearance and if last week is any indication, his game is still at a very high level.
Billy Horschel
Here's an unusual image of Billy Horschel dressing very conservatively, and very well. The Footjoy shoes are starting to become a signature look on Tour, and it's a good one.
Derek Ernst
While he was a few strokes over par, Ernst looked solid each and every day. And it's impressive that Oakley has styled him with a significantly different product than Zach Johnson. He's strong and athletic, and off to a very bright future.
Adam Scott
Adam Scott and green go together beautifully. And what's amazing about this outfit is the pants, belt, and shirt combined are less than $100 at the Uniqlo store. That's great style and value.
