“Ralph Plummer design that was renovated by Jack Nicklaus. Sight of the 1963 PGA Championship that Nicklaus won. Shorter than its brawny sister course, but packs a punch, nonetheless. The greens are faster and this course requires more strategic thinking to make your way around. Water comes into play a lot but really enhances the beauty of the property. This one is loads of fun and would be a course you could play often without getting bored with it. Wonderful membership that is friendly and welcoming. Staff is also top-notch. Play here if offered the opportunity."

“The easier of the two DAC layouts, though not easy overall. Shorter, but arguably more fun than the more tournament oriented Gold Course. The par 3s on the back can be very tough if they wind is blowing into you. Conditioning was very good. Greens rolled true. The two courses here have subtly different putting surfaces, which makes things interesting. Not wildly different, but you can tell the difference."

“Layout OK. Couple of real good holes but mostly just kind of flat and boring"
