“Compact urban golf course that takes full advantage of the land it has, stretching greens and tees as far back as the property allows, while also capitalizing on the topography and meandering creek to create a fun golf course. Very good routing incorporating a high mix of doglegs, as well as holes dealing with elevation changes. The greens are decent size, with some accentuated slopes on some hilly portions of the property make for fewer pin locations. The surrounds were fair, with opportunities to extend falloffs to increase shot options around the greens. Going thru complete remodel in fall 2025 with anticipated 1 year closure."
