“Poxabogue is a 9-hole, par 30 municipal course surrounded by giants such as Maidstone, NGLA, and Shinnecock. While the course features a nice practice facility and decent bunkering surrounding the greens, it was in very poor condition when I played and is too short. Two of the "holes" are shorter than 80 yards and the par fours are very short. This would be a good place to learn the game but would easily bore better golfers."

“It's a family course in the super expensive Hamptons. The course is short and super tight so be careful of stray shots. It's the only public range in the area without driving 30 minutes to Southampton or 40 minutes to Montauk. It serves a purpose and does it with a smile. It's really expensive to play as a non resident so be sure to check golfnow for a hot deal. The restaurant is must if you are looking for a breakfast spot."
