“One of 5 courses at Crystal Springs Resort in Northwestern NJ, Wild Turkey is perhaps the second most well-known and regarded of the group behind Ballyowen. Wild Turkey is a very playable course for all levels and features an unwalkable design over a giant, sprawling, hilly property. There's decent variety here and the most memorable holes for me include the 7th and 10th, two excellent and unique par threes. The 7th hole plays at 181 yards all carry over a natural quarry and is a beautiful hole while the 10th plays at 218 yards at least 2 clubs downhill. There are nice views of the surrounding hills from this hole and much of the course. Wild Turkey is one of the better public options in NJ but cannot compete with the many excellent private courses in state."

“A more fun experience than Ballyowen (and perhaps the better course, depending on who you ask), this course is a worthwhile trip for golfers of any level in the greater area. Mixing in elevation changes and shot options off of the tee, this course is a superb public experience."
