Overview
Reykjavik Golf Club is Iceland’s oldest club, though the city forced a move out of city limits in the 1963 into a more barren area east of the city. The Grafarholt course was completed in 1968 and with the boom in popularity in golf in Iceland, Reykjavik Golf Club built a second course in the 1990s. Reykjavik is an incredibly popular club with more than 2,500 members, and Grafarholt is a popular spot in the country to host tournaments.
