“Golf in Maui is always a treat. The views are fabulous and the elevation changes are challenging. Wind is always a factor on the island, changing frequently throughout the round and the hills. Course starts slowly as holes 1, 2 & 3 benign. Front nine improves as #4, 7 and 9 are strong challenges with dramatic rises and falls in the terrain. Course finishes strong with #16 and #18 requiring shots to carrying the water to tiered greens. #17 is a sharp dogleg right with a good drive providing a nice birdie opportunity. The two Kan'anapali Courses are wonderful to play and to start off an enjoyable week (or two) of Maui golf."

“A decent short layout on the Kaanapali resort. The course is maintained well, with greens that were replaced a few years ago. The resort staff is pretty friendly and bag boys are a real treat. Clubhouse is a bit dated, but Roy's is wonderful for drinks or food."
