Overview
Indian Wells Golf Resort is a 36-hole facility that previously hosted a season of Golf Channel’s Big Break series and as well as the Skins Game, an unofficial PGA Tour event last held in 2008. The Clive Clark-designed Celebrity course opened in 2006 and features undulating fairways, meandering streams and pristine ponds that are often connected by flowing waterfalls. A few tee shots, particularly on the back nine, can be quite demanding with narrow corridors and well-protected fairways.

“This Clive Clark designed course delivers multiple teeing options to accommodate all golfers. The layout has water features through out as well as strategic bunkering that provides great interest to the eye, while providing ample challenges as well as birdie opportunities. The contouring of the fairways and and green complexes provides a variety of setups and requires the player to plot out their strategy to take advantage of the best approach angles to the greens. The conditioning was firm but receptive and should not be missed when in Indian Wells."
