Every Hole at Pinehurst No. 10
Derek Duncan narrates a hole-by-hole flyover of Pinehurst No. 10, the first newly constructed 18-hole Pinehurst course in nearly 30 years. Designed by Tom Doak, the course opened in 2024 and sprawls across a rugged 900-acre expanse south of the resort, much of which was once part of a mining operation. The raw ingredients of sand, pines and wild grasses are the same as elsewhere at Pinehurst, but the intensity and enormity of the property is more Jurassic in scope. Pinehurst No. 10 represents uncharted territory—both literally and figuratively—a bold new course that signals an exciting frontier for the resort and hints at ambitious developments to come.
