Will Mackenzie's all-world, off-the-rampway recovery par on TPC's 17th

PONTE VEDRA, Fla. -- Headed for a missed cut in round two of the Players, Will MacKenzie's 17th hole tee shot flew to the island green's back shelf, kicked forward and took a huge bounce off the rampway's artificial turf walkway. Final distance: 174 yards on a 137 yard hole.

Faced with a downhill lie and options you'd find only in a backyard H-O-R-S-E game, MacKenzie pitched his ball back onto the walkway and to four feet, seven inches. He made the putt for easily the best par the week.
