Watch the Georgia State golf team completely lose it when their basketball team wins on a last-second shot
In case you were out of the country, Day 1 of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament was incredible. But the highlight of the day belonged to Georgia State, which pulled off a big upset over third-seeded Baylor with a last-second three-pointer.
What made the moment so special -- other than the heroics of a last-second shot from about 30 feet, of course -- was it involved the son of Georgia State's injured head coach, Ron Hunter. As R.J. Hunter's shot went through the net, Ron, who was coaching from a chair after tearing his Achilles following the team's last win (true story), dove to the floor in celebration.
But it turns out the Georgia State men's golf team had quite the crazy reaction to the shot as well while watching the game on campus. Check it out:
We love seeing school pride like that so much we're not even mad about Georgia State busting our brackets. . . . Go Panthers! And please keep the video camera rolling on these guys for the next game.
