Watch PGA Tour pro John Peterson's death-defying flip into the ocean on a bachelor party trip

October 28, 2016

We shouldn't be surprised that John Peterson has no trouble jumping/flipping into the ocean from dangerous heights. After all, this is a PGA Tour pro who isn't afraid of alligators on the golf course. It's just the timing that caught us a little off guard.

Peterson recently played his first tournament (a missed cut at the Safeway Open) in nearly 11 months after having surgery on his left hand last winter. But if the 2011 NCAA individual champ is worried about getting re-injured, he certainly didn't show it here. When in Cabo, right?

Wow. Hopefully, that left hand is doing better than the rest of his left side.

Peterson is taking part in a bachelor party trip this week that also includes fellow LSU product Andrew Loupe. And he's documenting the shenanigans as they happen.

Stay safe, boys.
