Watch members of Shane Lowry's home club go nuts when he wins the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational
Shane Lowry's first PGA Tour win at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational probably won't draw huge ratings for CBS, but plenty of golf fans were watching in his native Ireland -- and they got pretty rowdy.
Here's how the members of Esker Hills Golf Club reacted at around 11 p.m. local time to Lowry's final birdie putt on Firestone's finishing hole to wrap up a two-shot win over Bubba Watson.

Lowry is the first non-PGA Tour member to win a WGC event since Martin Kaymer won the HSBC Championship in 2011. His victory took many people by surprise, including the 18th hole announcer at Firestone who pronounced his name "Sean."
If the people gathered at Esker Hills heard that, it certainly didn't put a damper on their night.
