Watch Graeme McDowell prank Shane Lowry with a dastardly ball toss at the British Open

Graeme McDowell is a major championship winner, a four-time Ryder Cup and owner of one of the best athlete restaurants in the States. Judging by the video below, the 36-year-old Irishman is also one callous S.O.B. of a playing partner.

At least, that would be the contention of Shane Lowry, who was practicing with McDowell at Royal Troon for this week's British Open. We hope the two weren't competing for money, because what McDowell did to a Lowry putting attempt was downright cruel:

Emiliano Grillo, who was also in the group, called the prank "cold blooded." Conversely, that's a hell of a shot by G-Mac from halfway across the green, and judging by Lowry's reaction, he likely agrees.
