Jason Dufner getting a room filled of college football players fired up? It's not as crazy as you'd think.

A video from this summer of the laid-back golfer giving a pep talk at his alma mater, Auburn University, has surfaced -- and it's pretty good. No, he doesn't rally the players with some "It's us against the world!" war cry, but he does deliver a heartfelt message. Have a listen:

Dufner talked about being a walk-on to Auburn's golf team and having to work hard to become one of the game's elite players. The reigning PGA champ noted that football presents different physical challenges than golf, but that the ultimate goal of being great remains the same.

Auburn's players seemed to enjoy Dufner's presence, enough so that he came back to talk to the team this past Saturday before the Tigers' huge tilt with Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M. After Auburn pulled off that upset, don't be surprised to see Dufner, a rabid fan of the Tigers, back in the team's locker room again soon.
